Built towards the goal of creating new jobs and raising Hoosier income, the
Strategic Skills Initiative (SSI) is a revolutionary effort that fights unemployment
by going directly to the root causes. A $23 million initiative, SSI focuses on two

After you click on the blue "Click
Here," below, you will be taken to the
WIN Courseware for WorkKeys site.
You will need to download a program
called Authorware in order for WIN to
work. It should only take a few
minutes. Then follow the instructions
on the screen. Enter your First Name,
then your Last Name and create a
"pin" number (4-12 numbers) Choose
"addme" and re-enter your pin
number. Click enter and then go to
Continue. You will have to choose an
AREA. Choose "WorkOne Lafayette".
Then click the right arrow near the
bottom of that page. You will be taken
to Your CLASS page. Do NOT enter
a class. Just click the right arrow
again. You will be at the confirmation
page click "Yes, Add Me" A set of
keys will float up and then you will be
taken to the main menu. Next time
you sign in you will just need your
name and pin number. Make sure you
write your pin number down. Good
